Mr. Joe Theo Pretto joined the Company as an Independent Director with effect from 28th April, 2026.

Mr. Joe Theo Pretto’s technical expertise is backed by an exceptional academic background, holding an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Mr. Joe Theo Pretto is a distinguished finance professional and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in Assurance, Advisory, and Regulatory Compliance. A former Partner at Deloitte in the Audit and Advisory division, he has built a strong reputation for navigating the financial complexities of a wide range of organizations, from high-growth startups and SMEs to multi-billion-dollar Indian conglomerates and global multinational corporations.

During his tenure at Deloitte, Joe led several high-stakes engagements across diverse sectors, including Finance, Manufacturing, Technology, and Automotive. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in Capital Markets, having provided critical due diligence support for Red Herring Prospectuses in relation to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and debt offerings. His client portfolio included India’s largest multinational conglomerate and technology services company, startups and micro finance companies.

Beyond traditional corporate audit, Joe has developed deep specialization in the social development sector. He has served as a trusted advisor and auditor to several organizations across social development sectors including Healthcare, Education, Livelihood amongst others, helping them establish robust governance frameworks and financial transparency.
