Mr. Subrata Mandal (Retd. CGM, NABARD) has joined us as an Independent Director. from 21st June 2021.

He holds the distinction in Post Graduate G in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry from IARI, Pusa, New Delhi and holds B. Sc (Hons) degree in Agriculture from BCKV .

Subrata has over 33 years of leadership experience in Development Banking particularly in Agriculture & Rural Infrastructure Finance, Micro-finance, Corporate Planning, Farm & Off-farm Development, Institutional Development and Financial Inclusion. He brings with himself 7 years of rich experience in Corporate Governance & Administration as Joint Director of BIRD and CGM of Jharkhand RO & West Bengal RO of NABARD. Prior to that, he was instrumental as a Nominee Director, in the turn-around of multiple Regional Rural Banks and State Co-Operative banks and ensured their sustainable profitability.
