Mr. Arun Shrivastava has joined us as an Independent Director from 21st June 2021.

Mr. Shrivastava holds master degree in Science and CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers, AIBM from Arihant Institute of Business Management.

Mr Arun Shrivastava has more than 34 years of experience in all segments of Banking, more particularly in Corporate Credit in various branches and administrative offices of Bank of Baroda. He has worked in various geographies of the Country and in overseas centre as the Managing Director of the Banks’ subsidiary in Kenya for 3 years and also as Director in Banks’ subsidiary in Uganda and Tanzania. He had a brief stint as Executive Director in Bank of India where he was overseeing the verticals of Finance, Strategy and Planning, Large & Mid Corporate Credit, Debt Restructuring, Monitoring & Asset Recovery, Publicity & Public Relations and Chairman of Bank’s subsidiary in Tanzania. He has served as the Managing Director & CEO of Syndicate Bank for more than 2 years and during this assignment he has ensured a sustainable business growth with optimal returns to the stakeholders, implementation of Board level strategic plan in a result oriented manner and building high performance team.
