Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Roshan Agarwal

Mr. Roshan Agarwal serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Bandhan Financial Services Limited. With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector - spanning across NBFCs, HFCs, and the Insurance, he brings deep expertise in capital management, financial governance, regulatory compliance, reporting, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Agarwal has collaborated with CXOs to drive both organic and inorganic growth strategy, strengthen governance frameworks, and deliver actionable market intelligence. His strategic insights have enabled leading financial institutions to scale profitably and maintain a competitive edge in dynamic markets.

Prior to joining Bandhan Financial Services, he held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President – Finance & Strategy at SMFG India Credit, and earlier finance leadership positions at Poonawalla Fincorp (erstwhile Magma Fincorp) and Magma General Insurance.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta.

Company Secretary - Mr. Biplab Kumar Mani

CS Biplab Kumar Mani is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. He possesses more than 17 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Corporate Laws, SEBI Laws etc. He has started his carrier in the year 2005 with Vinay Cement Company which was listed in BSE and other five regional stock exchanges. In 2007 he joined in Microsec Financial Services Limited (now known as SastaSundar Ventures Limited), a Core Investment Company Listed on NSE & BSE as a Company Secretary of the Company. During his carrier he successfully handled the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Microsec Financial Services Limited. He also handled with various assignment such as merger, demerger, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
