In 2007 he joined in Microsec Financial Services Limited (now known as SastaSundar Ventures Limited), a Core Investment Company Listed on NSE & BSE as a Company Secretary of the Company. During his carrier he successfully handled the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Microsec Financial Services Limited. He also handled with various assignment such as merger, demerger, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
